Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania is a non-profit organization committed to delivering high quality legal services to low income residents of Bucks, Montgomery, Chester and Delaware Counties.

The Chester County Division of LASP provides a multitude of legal services involving protection from abuse, custody, landlord tenant, bankruptcy and elder law. In addition to legal representation, Legal Aid provides free educational community outreach programs to Chester County social service organizations, senior centers and other community groups on topics such as consumer fraud, family law, living wills and bankruptcy.
